Disorganized Poor Communication
-11 assistant coaches in 4 years -Disorganized with no set practice times -Poor communication -Poor at scheduling tough games outside our conference -Treats seniors poorly and doesn’t respect seniority in the food chain. -My son started with 19 freshman and graduated with only 6 players. That’s pretty telling. -Badgers players when academics gets in the way of practice. -We had a very poor experience for 4 years there. -OWU needs to find a new head coach to build the program back to what it used to be.
