Fran is a great advocate for helping college soccer prepare you for the future. He heavily emphasizes the importance of good communication skills that can be used later on in the workplace. He can be very outgoing, entertaining and enjoyable to be around. Unfortunately, his playing career in soccer is very limited which translates into his coaching style. While he is able to identify what good soccer looks like, he struggles with seeing and properly correcting problems on the field.
