Disorganized Poor Communication
This Coach is now at CBU and tears her Athletes down. Most people who could take their 5th year left CBU to play somewhere else because of her. Telling possible recruits how bad her team is. those same recruits forwarded those emails to all of us girls. She changes her mind and she’s never consistent. My daughter cries after everyone one on one, all her teammates have nothing nice to say about Julie. She makes them feel bad about themselves.
