LRT sports sat down with East Carolina University first Women's Lacrosse Head Coach, Amanda Barnes, to learn about the best thing a recruit can do to gain recruiting exposure, how to transition from high school to college lacrosse, academic requirements to be accepted and to play at ECU, what tournaments to attend, and more. 

Amanda Barnes Moore spent 2016-2017 building a strong lacrosse program. She successfully guided the team to its first year of athletic competition by being named an IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad. Her team had a combined GPA of 3.49.

Amanda Barnes came to ECU after five seasons as an assistant coach at Duke University.
