Greg is a great swim coach. Practices are great and many of his swimmers achieve success in the pool. He sets clear team standards but is understanding if there is communication. Wants the teams to do well and works hard to put us in positions to do so. Could improve on his overall relationships with swimmers outside the pool.

Really not great. Views his athletes as potential "buddies," rather than as strictly his athletes, resulting in clear favoritism and at worst manipulation. Can run a practice, but is uninspiring, difficult to have hard conversations with, often fails to take accountability, often hypocritical... genuinely cannot relate to the typical student-athlete at Gettysburg college and fails to address team issues in a proactive manner. Sets unrealistic goals. Also promises D3 balance but is highly against students joining Greek life or studying abroad, which are two important and appealing factors of attending Gettysburg College.
